The Peller family is looking to sell around 40,000 shares in Andres Wines for the purpose of tax and estate planning. The shares will be Class A non-voting shares.

Following the sale, the Peller family will still hold about 24.1% of the Class A shares and 66.5% of Class B shares.
 
In a press release, the company said any share sale will be conducted through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange, subject to market and other conditions.
