Panache Beverage has extended its relationship with US importer Domaine Select Wine Estates as the company continues a restructure.

The New York City-based spirits firm said yesterday (17 June) that Domaine Select will act as importer for all its brands in the country. Panache's brands will be sold through Domaine's Classic & Vintage spirits division.

Domaine already distributes Panache's Wodka Vodka and Alibi American Whiskey in New York.

"Domaine Select will provide stability and infrastructure for our brands and our distribution partners across the country," said Panache Beverage's interim CEO Michael Romer.

Panache has undergone a major upheaval of late as its CEO and COO quit in April, while the company renegotiated its debt structure. Last week, the company said it has entered into a restructuring agreement with its senior secured lender, Consilium Corporate Recovery Master Fund, and some “of the company's principal shareholders and former officers and directors”.
