Following its announcement in September that it had acquired a 40% stake in the mineral water company, Aguas de Solan de Cabras, the Spanish drinks group, Osborne, has unveiled a new structure.

Together with Aguas de Solan, Osborne has formed Grupo Osborne, in which Osborne will own 85% and Aguas de Solan de Cabras 15%. Grupo Osborne expects to post a net profit of between €35m ($34.9m) and €40m ($39.9m) by 2006, the company's CEO, Ignacio Osborne, said
