Japan's largest brewer, Asahi Breweries, and Orion Breweries are expected to hold talks early next year with a view to form an alliance according to local reports. Nothing certain has been decided, an Asahi official said. But, both companies are holding top-level negotiations at the moment about the possibilities of forming a partnership.
