Todd Martin, President, North America for Allied Domecq Spirits & Wine, today announced the formation of a new leadership team and a restructuring of the Region. Four business units and six regional support teams will now report directly to Todd, effective immediately.

With the creation of this new structure, Martin Jones, President and CEO, Allied Domecq Spirits - USA, has decided to leave the company to pursue other career interests. Todd Martin thanked Jones for his contributions to the company's success, which during a 22-year career included stints as President and CEO of Corby Distillers and President and CEO of the former Domecq Importers. Jones was appointed President and CEO, Allied Domecq Spirits - USA in September, 1998, and guided the successful integration of Domecq Importers with the former Hiram Walker Company.

The new direct reports to Todd are:

Paul Block, EVP and General Manager of Equity Brands USA, will lead a dedicated sales, marketing and commercial finance team to drive continued profitable growth for Allied Domecq's USA Equity spirits brand portfolio, which includes such brands as Kahlua liqueur, Sauza tequila, Beefeater gin, Courvoisier cognac, Canadian Club whiskey and Maker's Mark bourbon. Paul was previously SVP & Chief Marketing Officer of Allied Domecq Spirits USA.

Keith Bellinger, EVP and General Manager of Alliance Brands USA, will lead a dedicated sales, marketing and commercial finance team to drive profitable growth for USA Alliance spirits brand portfolio, including Hiram Walker cordials, Presidente brandy, Carolans Irish Cream liqueur, Rich & Rare whiskey and other leading spirits brands. Keith was previously SVP Finance of Allied Domecq Spirits USA.

Mike Jellison, President of Allied Domecq Wines USA, continues to lead the highly successful wines business based in Healdsburg, Sonoma Valley, CA. The wine portfolio includes the fast growing Clos Du Bois, William Hill, Callaway Coastal and Atlas Peak brands. Going forward, Allied Domecq will intensify best practice and talent transfer between the wines and spirits teams, and increasingly leverage common systems, skills and distribution networks.

Krys Hoeg, President of Corby Distilleries (Toronto), continues to lead her new, aggressive team in driving Canadian profitable growth. As in the USA, the company will intensify Corby best practice transfer across all of ADSW.

Steve Smith, SVP Finance & Operations, North America, will have an expanded role in leadership of financial & operations teams to support Allied Domecq's commercially focused business units.

Mary Karamanos, SVP Human Resources, North America, continues to lead the company's drive to establish industry-best talent development and rewards for the Region; now with added responsibility for the Equity and Alliance business units.

Hal Gorman, SVP & General Counsel, North America, continues as leader of the company's legal team; now to include compliance support for the Equity and Alliance business units.

Terry Barwin, VP Information Technology, North America, continues as leader of regional IT strategy development and implementation.

Chris Swonger, VP Government & Industry Relations, North America, continues to lead Allied Domecq's Washington, DC-based team, which liaises with DISCUS and government organizations in support of the company's legislative and industry interests.

Jack Shea, VP Corporate Communications, North America, continues to lead the corporate and spirits brand communication efforts in the news media, as well as internal communications for the Region.
