The lower-calorie range is available in two flavours - Lush Lemon and Peach Paradise – and will roll out in 50cl bottles. Each bottle contains less than 20 calories and is fortifed with B3, B6, B8, and B12 vitamins.

Justin Thomas, brand manager for Sunmagic, said: "The iced tea market has seen huge growth over the last couple of years, yet there are very few widely available iced tea brands which also have functional benefits."

Multiple Marketing owns the Sunmagic brand and last year rolled out new packing for the juice range. The new design coincided with Sunmagic's 20th anniversary.

Globally, iced tea is finding strongest growth in Asia, however Western Europe is predicted to see mid-single digit value growth over the next few years, according to research group GlobalData. Consumption per capita in the region is also expected to grow, from 7.4 litres in 2017 to 8.2 litres in 2023.
