Moody's Investors Services has upped its rating for the French drinks group Remy Cointreau.

The credit ratings analyst said that the outlook for Remy had been changed to stable from negative, as the drinks group improved its full year performance and reduced its leverage.

Moody's said the change was a reflection of Remy's operational stability. It added that a focus on premium and super premium products will help increase profitability through greater pricing flexibility.
