Grupo Modelo reported yesterday that it will pay a dividend of MXN1.05 (US$0.09) a share, for a total of MXN3.41bn.

The dividend plan will be voted on by shareholders at the company assembly on April 18.

Mexico's largest brewer reported a net profit of MXN6.18bn last year, on sales of MXN48.81bn.
