Bordeaux wine producer Maison Bouey has appointed Stéphane Oudar as its first commercial and marketing director.

Oudar joins the firm from the Boisset group, where he was commercial and marketing director of its Bouchard Aîné & Fils brand between 1997 and 2005, based in Beaune.

Most recently, he was commercial and marketing director for Boisset's Louis Bernard brand, based in Avignon.

Bouey recently moved to a 25,000sqm headquarters at Ambarès, north of Bordeaux, encompassing offices, production facilities and warehousing.
