Louis Latour Agencies, the UK wine agency, has launched the 2008 vintage of its South African Isonto wines.

The 2008 range currently comprises a red and white pair, a Chenin Blanc and a new Shiraz Cinsault blend that replaces the Merlot from the 2007 vintage, said the group today (6 January).

Isonto wines are intended for the lower priced, entry level category, said the firm, which is owned by iconic Burgundy wine group Louis Latour.

New labels have been designed for the 2008 range, which will have a trade price of GBP45.89 per case of 12 bottles, excluding VAT Duty Paid Delivered.

Rebecca Fraser, marketing manager for Louis Latour Agencies, said: "These are fresh, easy drinking wines that are meant to be opened and enjoyed."

Louis Latour Agencies recently launched a new website, louislatour.co.uk, to showcase its portfolio.
