Kristall is aiming to boost the market shares of two of its brand with a multi-million dollar investment in the second half of the year.

Kristall has set aside some US$8m to invest into its Gzhelka and Beloye Zoloto (White Gold) vodka brands during the second six months of the year, Russian press said today.

It hopes to boost the market share of Gzhelka from 4% to 7% and and Beloye Zoloto from 10% to 17%.

The Russian vodka producer was reported to have said in a press release that US$3m would be spent on Gzhelka and US$5m on Beloye Zoloto.
 
The money will be directed towards marketing as well as the construction of a production line at one of Kristall's plants.
