Japanese brewer, Kirin, has announced that it will apply to be de-listed from the Frankfurt, Zurich and Paris stock exchanges in June because of the low trading volumes of its shares on those exchanges. The delistings are expected to take effect in August. The company said its shares will continue to be traded on the London Stock Exchange.
