Dr Pepper Snapple Group and Keurig Green Mountain have jointly announced the leadership team for their soon-to-be-merged organisation.

The companies, which will jointly become Keurig Dr Pepper, have already announced that Keurig Green Mountain CEO Bob Gamgort will take on the same role at the new company. The following appointments were announced this week and will take effect on 9 July, when the deal is expected to close.

  • Jim Baldwin is appointed chief legal officer & general counsel. Baldwin joined DPSG in 1997 as assistant general counsel and was most recently EVP & general counsel
  • Rodger Collins is appointed president direct store delivery, with responsibility for all company-owned DSD operations.  He joined DPSG in 2006 through its acquisition of Dr Pepper/Seven-Up Bottling Group
  • Fernando Cortes is appointed chief supply chain officer.  Cortes joined DPSG in 2003 and was most recently EVP of supply chain
  • Ozan Dokmecioglu is appointed CFO. He joined Keurig in May 2016 in the same role
  • Lain Hancock is appointed chief strategy & emerging brands officer. He joined DPSG in 2007 and was most recently CEO of Bai Brands
  • Derek Hopkins is appointed chief commercial officer. He joined Keurig in 2015 and was most recently chief integration officer
  • Rich Jones is appointed chief integration & supply chain transformation officer. He joined Keurig in 2017 as chief supply chain officer
  • Andrew Loucks is appointed president Keurig Appliances. He joined Keurig in September last year
  • Meg Newman is appointed chief HR officer.  She joined Keurig in March 2017
  • Maria Sceppaguercio is appointed chief corporate affairs officer.  She joined Keurig in March 2018
  • Andrew Springate is appointed CMO. He joined DPSG in 2000 and was most recently SVP marketing for Dr Pepper and sponsorships
  • David Thomas is appointed chief R&D officer. He joined DPSG in 2006
  • Jim Trebilcock is appointed chief franchise & international officer. Trebilcock has been with DPSG since 1987 and was most recently EVP & chief commercial officer.

Meanwhile, the following executives will depart their respective businesses: Mark Choe, chief product officer at Keurig, Mike Degnan, chief legal officer & corporate general counsel with Keurig, Marty Ellen, EVP & CFO at DPSG, Jim Johnston, president of beverage concentrates and Latin America beverages with DPSG, Derry Hobson, EVP – transition team at DPSG and Scott Moffitt, chief brand & beverage officer for Keurig.

As previously announced, DPSG CEO Larry Young will retire and join the KDP board.
