UK drinks industry expert Alex Kammerling has released a gin. Mr Kamm's Gin, which has been two years in the making, follows Kammerling's first product - British aperitif brand Kamm & Sons.

Kammerling describes the gin as a "modern interpretation of a classic London Dry Gin". Among the gin's 45 botanicals are ginseng, rosehip, apricot kernel, hibiscus and citra hops.

"Due to the addition of fruits, flowers, nuts, berries, barks, roots, citrus peels, seeds, berries, herbs, spices and healthy dose of juniper, Mr Kamm's goes particularly well with other herbal recipes such as Campari, Chartreuse, vermouths and amaros," UK distributor Love Drinks said.

The product launched exclusively in Fortnum & Mason at the start of April.
