Coming up at this year's London International Wine & Spirits Fair…

The Wine & Spirit Education Trust (stand R72) will be running daily 30-minute Diploma Level tasting presentations at this year's LIWSF.

The schedule is as follows:

11am: Blind varietal tasting test with David Wrigley AIWS, MW.

1pm: Blind spirits tasting test with Gareth Lawrence AIWS.

3pm: Blind quality level tasting test with Michael Buriak AIWS.

5pm (except Thursday): Blind sparkling tasting test with Tony Moss AIWS.

Chateau de Sours (stand J70) will be launching the Reserve de Sours Sparkling rosé at the event.

The privately-owned rosé wine specialist will be showing off the wine, a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon made in traditional methode champenoise style and priced at under GBP10, at its stand throughout the fair.

Also in attendance will be chief winemaker Sebastien Lamothe, who at only 33 years old has been with Chateau de Sours for three years.
