UK pubs and restaurants will be able to order Inveralmond Brewery beers direct from the company after the Scottish brewer signed up with online distribution company EeBria Trade.

Inveralmond said the move, announced today, will make the ordering process easier for trade customers not served by the brewery's normal distribution channels. "The deal with EeBria means pubs and restaurants get their beers quickly and are guaranteed fresh stock in just one working day," said MD Fergus Clark.

EeBria, which was launched in June last year, offers UK-wide delivery direct from brewers, with orders from as little as one keg at a time, it claims.

In November, Inveralmond said it had teamed up with Scotland's oldest working distillery, Glenturret, to launch a beer aged in whisky casks. Ooskabeer Batch #1 was rolled out for Glenturret's 240th anniversary celebrations.
