The Belgian brewer Interbrew is considering a share listing in the US after it has completed its merger with the Brazilian brewer AmBev.

A report by news agency Reuters said a document on Interbrew's website said: "Within two years following closing (of the acquisition), InterbrewAmBev will complete an analysis of the feasibility and desirability of a listing for its shares on the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange)."
