InBev has said it looks likely that it will integrate its recently acquired distribution business, Dranken Vanlook, into its operations in Hasselt. The move may result in job losses, a statement said.

The move looks likely after a review of the Dranken Vanlook business, which pointed to possible synergies from an integration.

In a statement, InBev said it was now beginning legal procedures because of the possible job losses during integration.
