Independent Distillers Australia (IDA), the Australian subsidiary of New Zealand-based Independent Liquor, has seen a 14% rise in sales to A$211m for the year ending September 2003, according to a statement lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
Net profit reached A$17.7m, after a A$18m royalty fee to the New Zealand parent company. IDA reported a A$30.4m profit last fee when it didn't have to make a royalty fee payment.
Revenues climbed to A$211m from A$184.3m in the previous year.
