The Polish soft drinks producer, Hoop SA, has acquired the mineral water group, PPWM Woda Grodziska, for an undisclosed sum. Grodziska, which is located in Grodziska Wielkopolskie in western Poland, has current liabilities of PLN8m ($2.03m/€2.03).

Hoop plans to increase Grodziska's workforce and install one or two new production lines; the company currently employs 100 people.
