Kelly Murnaghan joins Lagunitas from Vans, where she was VP of marketing for North America. She replaces Noelle Haley, who left Lagunitas in January to take up a role with San Rafael-based Equator Coffees & Teas, a spokesperson told just-drinks.

Murnaghan, who also worked for Nike subsidiary Converse, will join Lagunitas's executive team, reporting to CEO Maria Stipp.

Announcing Murnaghan's appointment, Stipp said: "Her past experience with two highly successful lifestyle brands, both of which understand the value of quality and authentic consumer experience, will be invaluable to Lagunitas as she leads our global marketing team."

Heineken took full control of Lagunitas in 2017. The Dutch brewer had bought a 50% stake in the company a year earlier.
