NETHERLANDS: Heineken lines up Unilever CFO for audit committee
Heineken is to hold its AGM in April
Heineken is to add the CFO of Unilever to its supervisory board, pending approval at its annual general meeting next year.
Jean-Marc Huët, who is also an executive director at Unilever, will join Heineken's audit committee, the Dutch brewer said today (20 December). The company will hold its AGM on 24 April.
Huët joined Unilever in 2010 from Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he was CFO and executive VP from 2008 to 2009. Prior to this, Huët was CFO of Royal Numico from 2003 until 2007.
