Heineken has launched an online TV show to support its Old Mout cider brand in the UK.

The Kiwi Wild Show is hosted by the former presenters of BBC's Really Wild Show, Chris Packham and Michaela Strachan, and aims to raise awareness of the plight of New Zealand's national bird, the kiwi. Old Mout is produced in the UK, but the cider is based on an original New Zealand brand.

Heineken said today that the show forms part of a major campaign that will donate a third of the profits from special bottles and packs of Old Mout to New Zealand charity 'Kiwis for kiwi'.

"We're confident that drinkers will be looking out for the limited-edition bottles to help us," said Heineken's cider director, Emma Sherwood-Smith.

Consumers who purchase Old Mout will also receive a prize draw card to win a trip for two to New Zealand.
