Dutch brewer Heineken has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the Russian group Central European Brewing Company (CEBCO). CEBCO owns 95% of the common voting shares and 78% of the total issued shares of Shikhan Brewery in Sterlitamak and 100% of Volga Brewery in Nizhny Novgorod.
