Spain is facing the prospect of a harvest down 10-20% this year after a period of poor weather conditions across much of Spain, the Agriculture Ministry said Tuesday. The ministry viewed the fall in production as positive, however, as it will help re-adjust prices following the bumper harvests of previous years.
