The Chinese brewer, Harbin Brewery Group Ltd, has released more details about its proposed initial public offering. The company said it would be looking to raise around HK270m ($34.6m) from the IPO to finance expansion and debt repayment. The stock is expected to debut on the Hong Kong stock exchange on 27 June.
