Hansen Natural Corporation has approved a share buyback scheme.

The US soft drinks company plans to repurchase up to US$50m of its shares of common stock in the open market or otherwise from time to time as conditions warrant.

As of 31 October, Hansen had over 22.1m shares of common stock outstanding.

Among the drinks Hansen markets and distributes are Hansen's Natural Sodas, Signature Sodas, fruit juice Smoothies, Energy drinks, Energade energy sports drinks and E(2)0 Energy Water.
