Halewood Wines & Spirits has expanded its Whitley Neill brand into vodka. The company said Whitley Neill Blood Orange Vodka is expected to capitalise on the success of its Whitley Neill gin brand, which was launched in 2009.

The new vodka features Sicilian blood oranges combined with "earthy spices".

Whitley Neill Blood Orange Vodka joins Halewood's other vodka brands - JJ Whitley Potato Vodka and Rhubarb Vodka as well as its flagship Red Square brand.

"Halewood has created a vodka portfolio which allows operators to offer consumers a range of price points, from super premium through to everyday," the company said.

The new flavour will be available immediately in 70cl and 5cl bottles while a 20cl bottle will be launched in the coming months.
