Halewood International has unveiled two additions to its Red Square Vodka portfolio in the UK.

The company, which relaunched Red Square in September, said today (16 November) that the green apple and wild berry variants will be available in the country from this month.

Both flavours will be available in the embossed bottle shape, which was announced to coincide with the relaunch.

"Red Square Vodka is number three in the off-trade market and the fastest growing mainstream brand (in the) on-trade, offering a top quality product that's value for money," said Richard Clark, marketing controller for Halewood International. "After 25 years, the product has been improved - it is now carbon filtered resulting in a purer, higher quality and smooth tasting product - which has already resulted in increased sales.

"Adding to the range with subtle flavours was the natural next step for Red Square Vodka, to continue to give the on- and off-trade choice and innovation, and to strengthen and grow this successful brand."

The two variants will be offered in the UK in 70cl bottles, at a recommended retail price of GBP11.49 (US$23.54).
