Greene King PLC Tuesday has acquired Morrells of Oxford for £67.0m in cash, including debt of £30.4m, the brewer announced yesterday in a deal Greene King expects to be earnings enhancing in the first full year of ownership.   Morrells owns and operates 57 managed and 50 tenanted pubs, most of which are freehold and within a 30-mile radius of Oxford, England.
