VK owner Global Brands said yesterday that it will handle the Scottish company's LoneWolf products - including a gin, a vodka and a single malt barrel-aged vodka - in the UK. The distributor expects the tie-up to provide a GBP40m (US$55m) sales boost over the next two years for BrewDog.

Global Brands also produces the Franklin & Sons mixers range, which launched in 2015.

"Our range of premium tonics, mixers and soft drinks, Franklin & Sons, is sold in some of the UK's most desirable and popular on trade venues, whether that's independent bars or boutique hotels," said Global Brands founder & chairman Steve Perez. "They're venues that attract discerning drinkers that will appreciate the quality of LoneWolf spirits."

LoneWolf Spirits was created in April and it is based in Ellon, Scotland.

Global brands will also distribute BrewDog's whisky, Uncle Duke's, across the UK and in international markets.
