Future Brands has renewed its distribution agreement in Rhode Island.

The company, a US distribution venture between Beam Global Spirits & Wine and V&S Group, said the deal with Copley Distributors in the state will continue in the "long-term". Specific details of the deal, announced yesterday (13 March), were not released.

Copley will continue to handle Future brands, including Jim Beam Bourbon, Sauza Tequila and Absolut vodka.

"Our ongoing relationship with Copley Distributors will give us the competitive advantage needed to succeed in the state of Rhode Island," said Steve Bellini, president and CEO of Future. "Our objective is to become the preferred partner in the marketplace by offering a powerful and profitable portfolio of premium and super-premium brands."
