The Australian beer and wine company, Foster's Group Ltd., has announced that it is to acquire the Australian operations of the troubled UK cider and drinks group, HP Bulmer Holdings, for A$63m. The group will make the acquisition through its domestic brewing division, Carlton & United Breweries (CUB).
