Foster's has broken 80% holding in Southcorp. The drinks giant said today (25 May) that it increased its stake yesterday from 568,064,522 shares, the equivalent of 76.3%, to 600,909,378 shares, or 80.7%.

Foster's offer to buy Southcorp is scheduled to expire tomorrow.
