Robert Cullins stepped down from his post at Stoli last October. In his new role, he will work on PBCP's Perfect Vodka as well as its mobile gifting app Airtab.

Cullins, who will not be a direct employee of PBCP, will focus on global distribution and sales channels expansion for both the Perfect Vodka and Airtab brands. He will also work with CEO Dennis Cunningham to identify industry partners and consumer distribution channels, the firm said.

"As we continue to grow and expand our global reach, it is important we have strategic advisors in place," said Cunningham. "The addition of Rob demonstrates PBCP's strength in the spirits market. Rob has an unbeatable track-record and we are excited to accelerate our growth around the world."

Prior to joining Stoli Group in 2011, Cullins was the president & CEO of Heritage Brands in the US.

Perfect Vodka sponsors the Perfect Vodka Amphitheatre, a 19,000-seat Live Nation venue in Florida.
