Fifth Generation has made another distribution change for Tito's Handmade Vodka, this time in Austria

The company said today that Vienna-based Rudolf Ammersin now exclusively distributes and represents the brand in the country. The deal came into effect at the start of this month.

A spokesperson for the company confirmed to just-drinks today that Tito's was previously handled by Morandell in the country.

According to Fifth Generation, Tito's is the first US spirits brand to join Ammersin's footprint, which includes Brockmans gin, Bumbu rum and Scotch whisky brand Tomatin.

"Ammersin is well-known across Austria for their expertise in the industry, their years of dedicated service to the trade, and their popular beverage shops and online craft beer store," said JohnMcDonnell, international MD for Tito's at Fifth Generation. "We're proud to add Tito's Handmade Vodka to Ammersin's impressive portfolio."

Mathias Posch, import manager at Ammersin, added: "We are very much looking forward to introducing America's popular vodka brand to spirits drinkers here."

Earlier this year, Fifth Generation appointed an Illva Saronno subsidiary as its new Dutch distributor amid several changes to its distribution.
