Frozen concentrated orange juice exports from Brazil suffered a major fall last month, according to recent figures.

The country's trade ministry said yesterday (1 October) that orange juice exports in September were down by 34.7% on the corresponding period a year earlier. Total exports hit 37,300 tonnes against 57,100 tonnes in September last year.

In August, exports of frozen concentrated orange juice from the country were up by 27% year-on-year, at 85,600 tonnes.
