Embotelladora Andina has confirmed details of its dividend payment for this year.

The Chile-based Coca-Cola bottler said yesterday (18 December) that it will pay a dividend of CLP7 per share on series 'A' shares and CLP7.7 per share on its series 'B' shares.

Payment will be made on 24 January to shareholders of record as of 18 January, Andina noted.

Seperately, Andina said this week that Carlos Lohmann, general manager and president of Brazilian subsidiary Rio de Janeiro Refrescos, is to stand down from his positions. Lohmann will be replaced by Ricardo Gehrke from the beginning of January. Reasons for Lohmann's resignation were not disclosed.
