Edrington will release three of the four GTR-exclusive Highland Park expressions this month

Edrington has launched a range of whiskies under its Highland Park brand, specifically for the Global Travel Retail market.

The collection, which comprises four expressions, sees the reintroduction of age statements as well as new designs. The new packaging brings the GTR collection in line with the brand's domestic range.

The collection comprises:

  • Spirit of the Bear, 40% abv
  • 14 Year Old Loyalty of the Wolf, 42.3% abv
  • 16 Year Old Wings of the Eagle, 44.5% abv
  • 18 Year Old Viking Pride Travel Retail Edition, 46% abv

The first three expressions are due to be released in European Travel Retail from July, with the Viking Pride iteration scheduled to follow later in the summer.

The full new collection is expected to be available in major Asian and Middle Eastern airports from September 2018 and in the Americas from December.
