The European Commission has yet to decide what to do about a probe into the conduct of the soft drink giant Coca-Cola in relation to a possible abuse of its leading market position. A report in the UK's Financial Times earlier today suggested the EC was close to sending Coke a "statement of objections" which could ultimately lead to a fine.
