Duvel Moortgat has teamed up with UK pub chain All Bar One to launch a draught version of its Duvel Green brand in the country.

The Belgian brewer confirmed yesterday (10 September) that Duvel Green, a lighter version of its flagship bottled beer, will be available in the 37-bar chain from 28 September.

Duvel Green, is fermented once to give a younger, lighter tasting version of the twice fermented, bottled Duvel, the company said. The new version will be made available at the Mitchells & Butler-owned chain in half pints, at an abv of 6.8%.

Last month, Duvel Moortgat appointed Matthew Willson as general manager in the UK, replacing Nick Short, who left the company to join Gerber Juice Company as commercial manager for Ocean Spray.
