DPSG said today that the Q4 and full-year 2017 presentation, which was scheduled for Wednesday this week, has been called off. The move follows the announcement last month that DPSG and Keurig Green Mountain will merge to form Keurig Dr Pepper.

Following the merger, the combined company will host quarterly updates for analysts and investors.

The new entity will be 87%-owned by KGM shareholders, while DPSG shareholders will hold 13% of the combined firm. DPSG shareholders will receive US$103.75 per share in a special cash dividend.

Bob Gamgort, the CEO of Keurig, will serve as CEO of Keurig Dr Pepper and Ozan Dokmecioglu, current CFO of Keurig, will serve as its CFO. DPSG CEO Larry Young intends to "transition to a role on KDP's board of directors to help the new management team realise the full potential of the company".

"The company will file its 2017 Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission before the market opens on 14 February," DPSG said.
