Diageo has added another variant to its Tanqueray gin brand's range. Tanqueray Lovage, which was officially launched this week, will be available in limited numbers.

"Just like our founder Charles Tanqueray, we love experimenting and working with new botanicals, so it's a pleasure to see one of Charles' original recipes being created at a time where savoury cocktails are on the rise," said Tanqueray global marketing manager Joanna Segesser. "We can't wait to see how bartenders use Tanqueray Lovage in their cocktail creations."

The savoury English herb expression joins the Rangpur, Malacca and Flor de Sevilla iterations within the Tanqueray portfolio.
