The company, which unveiled the new design yesterday (9 June), said only 2,350 individually numbered bottles will be available, each depicting the Gleneagles course, where the tournament will take place in September. The limited-edition has an SRP of GBP225 (US$377) per bottle and is available online from specialist UK whisky outlets.

In 2011, Diageo announced it will be one of the official sponsors of the 2014 Ryder Cup. It marks the company's return to the team tournament after a 17-year absence.
