Diageo Capital has called two sets of Notes for redemption this month. Diageo Capital said yesterday (1 February) that it has called all of its 5.30% Diageo Notes due 14 August 2012 and its 5.30% due 21 August 2012 for redemption on 15 February this year.

Diageo Capital has also called all of its 5.30% Diageo Notes due 4 September 2012 for redemption on 15 March 2005. The Notes will be redeemed for 100% of their unpaid principal amount together with unpaid interest accrued on such principal amount to the date of redemption.

Pursuant to the terms of the Notes, the funds for redemption will be deposited with Citibank, N.A. in its capacity as Paying Agent for the Notes.
