Cuidao Holding Corporation, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CDAO), a distributor of imported and specialty beers, wines and spirits, announced today that it has entered into an exclusive sales and marketing agreement with Remy Pannier, Saumur Cedex, France.

R&R (Bordeaux) Imports, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cuidao Holding Corporation has entered into an exclusive three-year distribution contract for Florida and the Caribbean Islands. Under the terms of the agreement, which has renewal options, R&R and Remy Pannier will work jointly to supply product to existing and new customers in the Caribbean.

"We are very pleased to add the distinguished product line of Remy Pannier to Cuidao's wine portfolio," says Michael Fisher, President of Cuidao. "We anticipate strong demand for Remy Pannier's fine wines and are projecting additional revenues of $150,000 to $200,000 from Florida and Caribbean sales."

Remy Pannier, founded in 1885, operates three state-of-the-art wineries and two bottling plants in the renowned Loire Valley. The three wineries built in the last three years and situated in France's famed "Valley of the Kings" are located at the Chapelle Basse Mer in Muscadet, Dame de la Vallee in Puy Notre Dame, Anjou Saumur and at Rochecorbon in the Touraine. Remy Pannier produces a total of 29 still and sparkling wines, five of which were recently ranked in the May edition of the prestigious Wine Spectator magazine. The firm of Remy Pannier has 200 employees and annual revenues of 400 million francs ($57.2 million US) on shipments of 25 million bottles of still wines and 10 million bottles of sparkling wine to over 30 countries.
