Crimson Wine Group has confirmed the appointment of Wente Family Estates' Shannon McLaren as its CFO.

The company, which promoted Patrick DeLong from the position to CEO late last year has recruited McLaren to fill the vacancy. She will report into DeLong and will take responsibility for Crimson Wine's financial and business service activities.

McLaren spent four years with Wente as senior corporate controller, before which she worked for Clorox Co, Altera Corp and KPMG.

Crimson's owns the Pine Ridge, Chamisal and Seghesio Family vineyards in California, Archery Summit in Oregon and Double Canyon in Washington state.
