The chairman and CEO of Coca-Cola Bottling Co Frank J. Harrison III has sold 6,000 shares of the company's common stock, according to a Form 4 released Monday by theSecurities and Exchange Commission.

Harrison sold the shares for $46.875 each.  He directly owns 6,000 common shares and indirectly owns 805 shares as a custodian for minor children, the filing said.
