Soft drinks giant the Coca-Cola Company has awarded its executive vice president Mary Minnick, chief operating officer for Asia, 50,000 restricted shares.

In a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, the company said the award is subject to performance measures and Minnick's continued employment. The performance measure for the award is net income.
