The Coca-Cola Co. has confirmed four executive changes.

The company's board said today (23 July) that it has elected Joseph Tripodi as executive vice president, Harry Anderson as senior vice president, Kathy Waller as controller and appointed Connie McDaniel as chief of internal audit.

Tripodi currently serves as chief marketing and commercial officer, having joined Coca-Cola in 2007. Anderson, meanwhile, was named head of global business and technology services last month, having been chief financial officer of Coca-Cola North America from 2004 to 2007.

Before her new role, Waller served as chief of internal audit, having been with the company since 1987.  McDaniel, most recently head of global finance transformation, previously served as controller, a role she held from 1999 to 2007.

The new roles will become effective from 1 August.

Separately, Coca-Cola's board declared a regular quarterly dividend of US$0.41 per common share. The dividend will be paid on 1 October, to shareowners of record as of 15 September.

Earlier this week, Coca-Cola posted a healthy lift in net profits for the first half of this year, despite a dip in sales and operating profits in the period.
